Automatic and semiautomatic system
Kiln housing can be all-aluminum or concrete and brick structure
The folio doors and hanging doors are high airtight, opened and closed flexibly and easily.
The handing of wood is completed by forklift or the sliding vehile with floor rail
Energy source of wood drying kilns can be steam, hot water, hot oil, gas, and electricity
All-aluminum kiln housing is composed of covering panels, insulating layers, columns and trusses, inner and outer coverings are both aluminum panels. Insulating layer is made of fiber glass. The material of column and truss is special shaped aluminum
To meet the cold climate in Russian, the thickness of the kiln roof is up to 250mm which can stand the snowload of 300~400kg/m2, the thickness of the kiln walls is 150mm, which can guarantee the normal operation during the temperature of -30~-50 degrees celsius.
Installing and Trail
The equipment will be installed under tha supercising from Forwood, no matter where will be used.
